SMALL PACKAGE
$150 per hour rental rate includes: Half of space, one (1) portal toilets, two (2) tables, four (4) chairs, parking attendant, clean up fee

$175 per hour rental rate includes: 10,000 sq ft space, two (2) portal toilets, basic lighting package, two (2) tables, four (4) chairs, clean up fee, parking attendant "NOTE ALL BOOKINGS OVER 200 PEOPLE CAN ONLY CHOOSE THIS PACKAGE

SILVER PACKAGE
$225 per hour rental rate includes: 10,000 sq ft space, Indoor & Outdoor Restrooms , basic lighting package, three (3) tables, four (4) chairs, clean up fee , parking attendants

GOLD PACKAGE
$250 per hour rental rate includes: 10,000 sq ft space. Indoor Restrooms, two (2) portal toilets , basic lighting package, six (6) tables of your choice , six (6) chairs, one (1) Extra room, clean up fee,parking attendants

VIP PACKAGE
$325 per hour rental rate includes: 10,000 sq ft space. Indoor & Outdoor restrooms, basic lighting package, six (6) tables of your choice , six (6) chairs, one (1) Extra room, Kitchen area rental, clean up fee,parking attendants
ANY EVENT EXCEEDING 50-75 PEOPLE USE OF SECURITY WILL BE AT OWNERS DISCRETION.
PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOT SPACE RENTAL DETAILS

$50 per hour rental rate includes: Photography site wall, photography space, moveable walls
$65 per hour rental rate includes: dressing room, photography space, backdrops, and movable walls
$85 per hour rental rate includes: photography space,backdrops, green screen, Access to in house sound system for audio playback, access to studio lighting/ on site lights, access to all props inside studio, and FULL use of facility (dressing room, lobby area, and kitchen & area outside of facility)

Additional necessities (i.e. speakers, mics, tables, chairs, stage) are available for rental. Pricing details send upon request.
Client is responsible for clean up of rental space or an additional $25 clean up fee can be included in invoice.
LIGHTING PACKAGES

$100 package includes: (2) PAR can LED lights, (2) Bar LED lights, (1) Lighting Stand & (4) DMX cables
$200 package includes: (4) PAR can LED lights, (4) Bar LED lights, (2) Lighting Stand & (8) DMX cables
$350 package includes: (8) PAR can LED lights, (6) Bar LED lights, (2) Fog machines, (2) Lighting Stand & (14) DMX cables
